I wanted to write you a poem about love.
I took my words and I applied pressure on them
To make them sharp, shine and appropriate
But I ended up with some words that I am ashamed of.
I wanted to write a poem about love.
Because even if I tell you how I feel
Thousands of time, daily.
I still think that is not enough
And that you still can't understand the amount of love
That I am capable of giving you.
I wanted to write a poem about love.
Like the tens, I wrote before.
But I got stuck at describing your eyes,
your smile, your face, your touch,
your mouth… Uhh!
I can't stop missing them all.
Even when you are in the next room.
I need to stop my poem
To look at you and tell how much I love you.
